This electric bicycle is covered by a comprehensive 5-year warranty on the frame  and a 2-year warranty covering the engine and battery.

Please note, this warranty does not extend to regular wear and tear, damage or malfunction resulting from accidents, incidental or subsequent damages, or any usage of the product that deviates from the operational guidelines provided in the user manual. ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY

Every Neomouv electric bike arrives 99% assembled and undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection to guarantee that your new electric bicycle is in flawless condition upon delivery. This verification process ensures the brakes, gears, electrical components, tire pressure, and overall assembly integrity are all perfect. You only need to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars before you can begin riding your new bike! 

Expect delivery within approximately 7-10 working days from the order date.
